In the event that technical support is required for the following circumstances:

  • Application failure due to misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or improper maintenance
  • Re-installation as a results of replacement or reformatting of hard disk
  • Viruses, malware or spyware

* Or any failure caused by a product (hardware/software) for which Paperless Trail is not responsible or which was not supplied by us, Paperless Trail will charge a Technical Support fee per man-day, or part thereof (minimum 4 hours) plus expenses plus VAT.
